Principal Director over AI Frontier Tracked Capabilities Centers of Excellence
I co-founded Frontier AI Risk Centers of Excellence for CBRN, Cyber, Autonomy, and Harmful Manipulation, pulling from my experience in the Frontier Model Forum. These CoEs include Microsoft's Office of Responsible AI, Microsoft Research, Security Research, External Policy and my AI Red Team to chart and execute our frontier AI safety and security testing approach. Microsoft AI Red Teaming
Principal Director over AI Security & Safety Red Teaming
I orchestrate and innovate on Microsoft's red teaming of AI Safety vulnerabilities. Pulling from my broad experience across mission critical and D&I work, I oversee testing of all of Microsoft's high-risk genAI tech. This sharpens my perspective on evolving AI safety and security to inform industry wide collaboration with MITRE, Frontier Model Forum and NCMEC. Watch my talk at /Build 2024.

I led pricing, packaging, and business strategy with a cross-functional leadership team of senior directors, VPs and C-Suite leaders to design competitive, innovative metaverse products. I researched and created all business models for Microsoft's metaverse approach, working across 1P, 3P, and acquired tech to sharpen our strategy.

I've grown the AR/VR Business Planning team to three full time employees, independently researching product-market fit for all of Microsoft's AR/VR portfolio. Within this incubation space, I push creative methods to get emerging tech to our customers while positioning Microsoft for the future of AR/VR devices.

Strategy & Management Consultant
I analyzed policies and processes to incentivize improved interdepartmental collaboration across FBI, NCS, and DoS. These recommendations received accolades from President Obama's desk via the resulting, revised interdepartmental Hostage Recovery Policy.
International Intelligence and Medical Aid
Strategy & Management Consultant
I independently engineered an international joint venture to supply medical aid for in-need communities in volatile regimes, allowing U.S. intelligence and foreign service to help citizens despite political roadblocks. My solution was prioritized above six other mission strategies from intelligence analysts with decades of experience.
